- Back-office operations including Salary Structuring, Payroll Maintenance, HR Processing, providing TDS Certificates to Employees, generating monthly pay slips, managing disbursement of Salaries.
- Preparation of Annual Accounts as per Indian GAAP.
- Implementation of an effective Accounting and control procedure.
- Drafting of various Deeds such as Settlement Deed, Partition Deed, Lease Deed, Trust Deed, Partnership Deed, Collaboration Agreements and other Legal Documents.
